Our ambition

Digital projects in large companies must become better.
We work on this every day.

Our stance

Too many digital projects in large companies fail to deliver what they promised. Not because the people involved are doing a poor job. But because the system is set up incorrectly.
Consultants who deliver concepts but do not implement them. Service providers who implement what is ordered without asking whether it is the right thing. IT departments that are stuck in core operations and have no capacity for new things. Department managers who end up bearing the risk alone.
This is not inevitable. It is a question of attitude.

What we believe

Three convictions that distinguish DMG from others – and that not everyone shares:

“I founded DMG because I didn’t want to accept that digital projects in large companies so often fail to achieve their business goals – even though everyone involved knows better. A partner who really takes responsibility and delivers results that last.”

DMG is where the best developers are – not where the German labor market allows.

Locations in Hanover, Bangkok and Da Nang are not an outsourcing model but a quality model. Remote-first and international locations enable seniority that would not be available or affordable with other providers of this size.

The result: experienced developers and architects who take responsibility for business goals – in every project.
→ Locations and international presence

Technical depth
that supports business goals

At DMG, the people who make technical decisions also take responsibility for them later on. Architectures are created that are sustainable in the long term. The tech stack follows what the project needs to achieve its goals efficiently – not what is currently fashionable.

Career

People at DMG do not delegate responsibility – they bear it.

Developers who not only build what is specified but also think about whether it is the right thing to do. Architects who make decisions that they later take responsibility for. Project managers who don’t coordinate meetings but rather own business goals – as the first point of contact who really trust the customer.

If you want to work in a team that measures itself by business results and not by project completion – then DMG is the right place.

Flat structures. International locations. Projects that really count.
