Fixed offices where our teams work together and develop creative ideas. Of course, employees in our OfficeHubs can also work from home or use part-time models.
Remote Satellites
Small, flexible units that often work directly at our customers’ premises or in co-working spaces. This structure enables us to react quickly and efficiently to customer requirements and to organize ourselves quickly and efficiently in smaller units.
Nomads
are employees who do not currently wish to have a center of life. They travel in vans or sailboats, for example, and see other countries and cultures. At DMG, these nomads are permanent members of teams and, like all employees, have to fulfill their respective goals. However, the spatial freedom allows them to organize their lives better.
This diverse way of working not only promotes creative exchange, but also enables us to react flexibly to changing market conditions and customer requirements.
